Actor / Comedian and present day Singer / Songwriter, Donald "Iceman" Anderson has to-date, enjoyed a career filled with charted successes and accomplishments.
Beginning his journey from the shores of theatre, Iceman has an impressive list of Stage Show plays to his credit, as well as a slew of television and radio commercials for numerous companies locally, regionally and internationally. As one-half of the prolific comedy team "Iceman & Johnny", Iceman himself can testify to having gained invaluable exposure and experience. The duo went on to mastered the art of crowd-pleasing with their comedic series "Christmas Crack Up" at one of Kingston's premiere night spots "Back Yard"
Enter music... as a recording artist for the last five years, Iceman is a member of the Big Yard Music Group, which hosts such artistes as platinum selling headliner, Shaggy, Rayvon, Bryan & Tony Gold, and Jamaica's own Rising Star - Christopher Martin. Iceman quickly accumulated an impressive catalogue of songs including "Dancehall Vibes, "Rosie" and "Gangsters Anthem", all of which are enjoying rotation on radio stations locally and internationally. Incidently, "Gangster's Anthem" showcases several Big Yard artistes and is slated for release on the revisted " Shottas" soundtrack.
This artist has also worked with other producers and artistes in the reggae industry including Ernie Wilks, Richard "Shams" Browne, Donovan Germaine, Alrick and Boyd, Shane Brown (Juke Boxx), Red Rat and General Degree to name a few.
Looking towards the future with much optimism, Iceman intends to continue pursuing an active career in music, not just on the local level, but as far as the world will listen. The sky's the limit. Anything less would certainly be unlike him.
