Q: What is the quality of the MP3 songs? What bitrate are the songs encoded at? A: All MP3s are encoded at 320kbps.
Q: If there is a quality issue with an MP3 that I downloaded, what can I do? A: Please email our customer service at inquiry(at)bigyardmusic.com with your name and the order number, they will send a new link promptly.
Q: What if I don't like the song once I buy it... can I get a refund? A: All sales for digital downloads are final. Before you confirm the purchase, please make sure what you're ordering is actually the one you want. We have NO REFUND POLICY for Digital sales.
Q: What if my connection drops in the middle of my download? A: Please email our customer service at inquiry(at)bigyardmusic.com with your name and the order number, they will send a new link promptly.
Q: What type of shipping method do you use? A: We ship to the US via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-4 business days delivery depending on how far you are from our Miami warehouse. We ship to other countries via USPS International Express, which takes 4-6 business days delivery depending on your location.
Q: What is the return policy for items other than digital products?f A: Unless the reason for return request is due to our error such as incorrect or defective item, we do not accept returns. We ensure that the items get to you in the best condition possible, but if you found any problem with the item, please contact our customer service at inquiry(at)bigyardmusic.com and provide the reason for the return as detailed as possible. Customer service representatives will assist you how you can return the item and get the refund. The return request must be made within 7 days of the receipt to be accepted.
Q. Can I cancel the order? A: We do not allow cancellation of the order for Digital products. For Physical products, if the item has not been shipped out of the warehouse, we can cancel the order for full refund. If the item has already been shipped out of the warehouse, we cannot accept the cancellation of the order. lease see above for the Return Policy.
